Maae….maae….We all can recognize this sound. Yes, this is the sound of the cattle that is going to be dead to fulfill the flesh eating desire of the humans. Can we stop eating non-veg???
The answer to this question will be ‘NO’. What can be the solution to this problem?? How
are we going to save the lives of the cattle??? The most welcomed solution is the farming of ‘IN VITRO MEAT’. This is an artificially cultured meat from an animal flesh but it is never been a part of the complete living animal. The sample muscles of the living being (for e.g. lamb) is taken and it is grown in a medium .Mostly plant medium is advised. Bioreactors are used here to supply the muscle with the nutrients of blood and oxygen. One animal can provide more than one billion pounds of in-vitro meat that can supply food to the whole population of the entire world for several years.
Scientists have decided to produce healthier meat than the conventional meat not only by reducing the fat and controlling the nutrients but also by adding the omega-3 fatty acids as a health bonus. This meat is less prone to bacterial or any insecticidal infections. . This meat release fewer amounts of greenhouse gases than the conventional meat. The meat does not contains any bones.
